Shipping Information:

We exclusively use UPS. UPS provides a variety of shipping options to accomodate your needs. For regular ground shipments, expect between 1 and 5 days for delivery for most of the continental US, or you can have it shipped next day for those must have parts.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you need to return a part just send it back to us and we'll refund your purchase (less shipping charges). Our address is listed above. We can't take back any electrical parts, unless they are unopened and undamaged. There will also be a 25% restocking fee for any part/parts returned. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll take care of the shipping and the restocking fee, and get the correct part back to you as soon as possible
